Research Focus: colloidal quantum dot solids

Geemin is a fourth-year Materials Science & Engineering Ph.D. student. He was born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up along with the city. He graduated from Inha University with B.S and M.S degrees in Chemical Engineering. At that time, he became fascinated by semiconductor nanomaterials and made it his goal to understand their performance and stability. Now he is working in the Law group on quantum dot superlattices, focusing on the exciting properties caused by their various structures and defects. Aside from research, he enjoys zone-out, doing a spicy challenge, and reading a book with a glass of beer (or having beer without the book).
